March 09, 2001 The Special Committee met in session on Tuesday, evening, March 5, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. Those present at the meeting were Mayor Harold Ludwig, Griesbaum, Rossiter, and City Attorney Kruse. Councilman Lowe arrived late. Griesbaum handed out changes made lo the sample or working ordinance for the City Administrator. Discussion was held to remove a section in the Qualifications and to raise the amount of bond from fifty thousand dollars lo one million dollars. It was also discussed this will have to go before the vote of the people to amend the charter to hire a City Administrator. City Attorney Kruse stated he will fax the changes made to the sample ordinance. Discussion was also held on sending out a survey lo the people. A survey will be written up and presented to the full Council for approval. Having nothing further before the committees the meeting was adjourned.
